• What are the responsibilities associated with vélo’v © ?
  
  - Loss/damage to anti-theft device: €10 penalty
  - Loss/damage to vélo’v © card: €5 penalty
  - Late return of bicycle: €150 penalty
  - Theft of bicycle: €150 penalty.

• Guarantees requested :
  
  - Long-term vélo’v card: deposit of a caution cheque for €150
  - Short-term vélo’v card: pre-authorisation for a direct debit of €150 on a French bank card.
