Returning a bike ?
It's easy: simply reattach your bike at the nearest station to your destination
STEP 1 : REATTACH THE BIKE

- Attach the bike to an unoccupied locking post. The bike will emit a beep and its lights will flash to indicate that it has been correctly locked in place. All done !
STEP 3 : ANY PROBLEMS ?

- If there is a problem with the bike, you can inform Vélo’v by passing your card in front of the optical reader. The maintenance team will then deal with it as quickly as possible.
STEP 2 : YOUR RECEIPT

- To obtain a receipt, pass your card in front of the optical reader and follow the instructions on screen.
